Florence Center Train Station: High season: from May 1st to October 30th – 90 € per night, 450 € per week, 2400 € per month. Low season: from November 1st to April 30th – 70 € per night, 350 € per week, 1900 € per month. Holidays price: 100 € per night

Florence Center Duomo: High season: from May 1st to October 30th – 100 € per night, 500 € per week, 2700 € per month. Low season: from November 1st to April 30th – 80 € per night, 450 € per week, 2100 € per month. Holidays price: 110 € per night

The municipality of Florence has established a tourist tax that is applied to non-resident citizens in the municipality of Florence for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The tax for this accommodation facility is Euro 5,5 per person per night.
